Warning message "Could not install some modules: Identity profile UI ..."
appears while starting IDE (the screenshot is attached) because WSIT module not
found. As a result it's impossible to enable message level security for web
services.

I guess the reason is WSIT module was moved from Enterprise Pack to NB.

Removed wsit dependency until further notice.
