To recreate the problem:
1) Invoke JDBCBC WSDL wizard and proceed to the 'Select Operation Specific 
Attributes' screen.
2) Click 'Advance' button. The 'Columns' popup will be displayed.
3) Resize (increase size by drag the edge of the popup) the popup
4) click either 'Ok' or 'Cancel' to close the popup.
5) Again click the 'Advance' button to have the popup re-displayed.

notice that buttons are now missing from the new 'Columns' popup.

Making resize falls because we are anyways giving the scrollbar to the JTable.
