Downloaded Netbeans 6.0 M8 and experienced the NoClassDefFoundError at the 
first startup. It seems to be looking for the Tomcat configuration based on my 
5.0 setup. However, I think I removed the Tomcat from my server list. But the 
IDE started fine despite the error.

Root cause: no DDProvider.

This is wrapped up in the whole ddbean removal mess.

1. This issue is probably fixed (or at least not reproducible due to my latest
changes for M9 which should disable all DConfigBean related code.)

2. However, I'm marking INCOMPLETE because there is insufficient information to
reproduce.  I will speculate that the reported opened a VWP project that J2EE
1.4 Entity Beans.  But no such detail is provided.  Please give more detail to
reproduce or check current builds to see if it still happens.
