to reproduce:
-------------
1) install Tomcat 5 from Update Center
2) start it

ERROR: starting fails with message:
Starting of Tomcat failed, check whether the
/Users/ms113234/.netbeans/dev/apache-tomcat-5.5.17/bin/catalina.sh startup
script is executable.

Tomcat plugin should try to change the access rights, tm -> 6.0

I guess it would be good to have it there, but it is not up to me to decide.

Tomcat was removed from UC, closing as wontfix.
