Reproduced in build070418.

Steps to reproduce:

- create XSLT project;
- add to schemes;
- invoke New WSDL Document Wizard;
- on 4th step select select 'Document Literal';

Error occurs, buttons Next and Finish are not active.

- press Back button and select Input and Output schemes;
- press Next button.

Error still exist.

Could you please provide more detailed information.

5 step must be described with more details so as there are number ways to perform it.
I) In case input and output schemas are elements then there is no errors on the 6 step.
II) in other cases I've got the same error as was on the 4-th step and from my point it's correct behaviour.

If the issues is about I) case then it looks fixed.

Please reopen and provide more details if necessary.
