build 200704180000  jboss 4.0.5GA

1) Register JBoss instance with default name (JBoss Application Server)
2) Right-click on instance -> Open 1. properties in the list
3) Click on (..) at "Display name" line
4) Change name of server -> OK -> Close

Instance name is still the same. You have to invoke Refresh on instance to see
its new name.

The property sheet editor was removed.
