Step to reproduce:
- Install NB build 200704260000 full
- Start and exit IDE
- Uninstall NB build 200704260000 full
- Install NB build 200704260000 standard
- Start IDE. Exception throws

Already reported, but thanks. In the meantime using a fresh userdir should help.
