Seen in IDE 6.0 Preview (M9, build 0704271200)
1.6.0_01; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_01-b06
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86

We seem to be revisiting issue 98246.

1. Create new SynchronousSample sample application projects.
2. Open the SynchronousSampleApplication compapp in the CASA editor.
3. Click the Build Project button.
4. DnD one or more ports into the WSDL ports area.
5. Click the Build Project button.

=> All the unconnected ports disappear.
