NetBeans project's metadata should contain attributes OpenIDE-Module-Name and
OpenIDE-Module-Display-Category. Fill in the attributes by project's Properties
in IDE to easy customizing. Missing attributes caused the problem in Autoupdate
- issue 102804.

I forgot to specify the bad module, it's enterprise/script/core module.

Increased priority, it makes serious troubles in J1 build which doesn't contain
the workaround this problem (see issue 102804). Please fix it.

QE reported this as high priority issue, because it blocks some usage scenarios for plugin manager.
