1) persistence.xml should already exist
2) create persistence unit
3) it occurs random, so there is a need to repeat step 2 several times to
reproduce this bug

Still reproducible, TM => 6.0.

I repeated step 2 for 5 times, but with no luck. Erno, can you still reproduce this, and if yes, do you have any
particular steps?

I think this was reproducible with the given steps at the time, but I can't remember seeing this since my original 
evaluation.
