Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SPT
2. Select CPU/Part of application; leave the root methods undefined -> this
results into Run button being disabled
3. Switch to Monitor - the Run button stays disabled; it should get enabled as
having no root methods defined doesn't prevent successfully monitoring the app

The logic for enabling/disabling the Run button depending shouldn't be shared
between Monitoring and CPU or Memory profiling
