Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_GB (nb); Cp1252

Description:

first - see screen shot. Picture no. 1 show the initial structure of menu in frame
In submenu there are 1 menu and 10 MenuItems
1. select one and only menu in submenu in design (to set focus on it)
2. move all menuItems under this menu, do it in inspector
Result of this is displayed on picture no. 2

This is fixed now.  Selecting and moving multiple components using the inspector will work now.
