NB 6.0 Preview ( M 9 ) and SDK Beta2-b41d solaris-sparc. After deploying my ejb-application, in a local default domain registered (started in debug mode and property "Use IDE proxy settings" = false) noticed that the entry node is not showing up in: RunTime/Servers/domain1/Applications/EJB Modules and instead I'm getting the "Wait ...." . In the Admin Console of domain1, the entry is available. The Refresh Action on the server node has no effect (no change). The Restart Action on the server node shows in Applications/EJB Modules my EntrepriseApplication1-ejb/NewSessionBean. will join the snapshot of the screen, the IDE-NB threads-dump.

How to reproduce the wait message: 1) in Projects, choose Action Deploy project (can be web or ejb ) 2) quickly select RunTime and expand the server instance node / Applications/ Web Applications (or EJB Modules) without doing Refresh 3) see the wait message. when the deployment is finished the wait message will stay till you restart the server instance. got this with a server instance started in Debug mode and in normal mode.

changing to future, as kept this issue to track the WAIT node that happens in a random way.
time to think about fixing this.
I have not been able to reproduce this with v2 ur 2 and NB 6.5. Please reopen this with details if you can reproduce it with recent builds of NB and V2 ur 2
