In the 1st panel of the attach wizard, the instructions for the attach method
appear in a grey box. For the instructions for Local, part of the instructions
are cut off because there is no scroll.

Maybe it should be box as in new project wizard.

Also, the typeface used for group [eg "Select target type you want to attach
to"] seems to be inconsistent with other dialog boxes

The info/description box also needs to be changed on the Edit Global Filters and
Customize Filter Sets dialogs

Changing target milestone to dev, since NetBeans 6.0 is in high resistance mode.
