While in the editor I went to select the Help menu from
the main frame and saw the two NPEs given in the attached
log file.

Because of work related to
	http://java.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=10529
the offending code was removed entirely.
Please reopen the report, if it will show up again.
