NB 200721051800, for all kind of registered local domains the "Start" Action
on a server (RunTime/Servers) does not show any progress: no yellow arrow before
getting the green one, no progress bar in the bottom of the IDE window.


The other Actions: "Restart"/"Stop"/"Start in Debug Mode" are consistent ; the
user can see the yellow arrow and the progress bar.

ok, on windows XP can see the progress bar and the yellow arrow before getting
the green one.

this sounds like a bug not an enhancement... but probably p4

works fine on Mac OS X in 6.1... need to double check on Solaris 2008/10/27

i just tried 6.5 RC2 and cannot reproduce this.
