Description Alexander Kouznetsov 2007-06-04 12:11:14 UTC
NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200705311200)
1.6.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-b105
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
ru_RU (nb); Cp1251

Currently Browse button for Script option of Load Generator Profiling Point
opens My Documents folder. Since the default place for Load Generator Scripts is
project's test folder it is better to start browsing from test folder.
Comment 1 Alexander Kouznetsov 2007-08-27 12:33:43 UTC
Highly visible usability problem
Comment 2 J Bachorik 2007-08-27 12:47:08 UTC
since the 'test' directory is no longer a default place for load generator scripts it would be beter to open the
project's root directory instead
Comment 3 Alexander Kouznetsov 2007-08-27 12:59:25 UTC
I believe "jmeter" folder is better, do you agree? However, I'm ok with root directory too.
Comment 4 J Bachorik 2007-08-27 13:06:18 UTC
Well, jmeter folder is an implementation specific detail. the idea behind the load generator framework is to make it
possible to easily create more plugins for other widely used load generator frameworks - e.g. Grinder.
Because of this it's necessary to use an implementation agnostic folder as a browsing start point.
Just for clarification why I prefer the root folder.

fixed in trunk
