Reproduced in build 200706060516.

To reproduce the bug:
- create a new XSLT Srevice.

The ducument doesn't open in editor. Unable to open it by double-clicking the
appropriate node in Projects tree.

Workaround: invoke 'Edit' popup menu command on the document's node in Projects
tree.
