The panel of Backgroung Color property (Login Screen), should call a Select
color Panel instead of introduce a number in the integer field.

New color chooser PropertyEditor is missing with custom property editor based on JColorChooser and in-place editor
similar to the property editor used in Matisse. This property editor has to supports user code.
