If ide is started with large fontsize (e.g. with key --fontsize 18),
'Domain Templates' and 'Java Platform' tabs are partly visible, but have no
slide bar.
e.g. other three tabs have slide bar in this case, if necessary.

uml options design was changed.
now all tabs can't show all properties without dialog resizing.
tested in netbeans-hudson-trunk-1023-full (Build 070621) using --fontsize 18
