Table Model panel should be restructure, could much better if the option create a new resource will be remove 
and add a button (CREATE NEW)to call the panel  TableModel value,will be more easy for the user.


Now you have tu create this "new resource"
you have to go to inspector call properties and introduce the values.


with this solution 
you only need to call the panel from a single button and introduce the values.
