I used the NB version
http://bits.nbextras.org/netbeans/6.0/nightly/200706041200/zip/netbeans-trunk-nightly-200706041200-all-in-one.zip.

When i build a BPEL project, say, open-esb\open-jbi-components\driver-tests\bpelse\faulthandling\FaultHandlingBpel
it fails in NB. This project is from java.net and you should be able to get the project.

But when the same is built from a command line as is done in the nightly test scripts it compiles fine. 

The bug here is the difference in the behavior of the two build paths.
