to see the dialog title:
  - Start New Project Wizard for "C/C++ Project from Existing Code"
  - At "Code Assistance Configuration" panel, select "Manual Configuration"
  - Click "Edit" button of "Macro Definitions"

The displayed dialog title "Macro Definitions" does not come from Bundle. It can not be localized.

Yes, it does: MACRO_LABEL_TXT in org.netbeans.modules.cnd.makeproject.ui.wizards.Bundle. Or am I wrong?
