The Dev UC should contain more feature then IDE components (Base IDE, Java IDE, ...) only, It should more feature like
Developer Collaboration does. At least from all umbrella modules like Maven. The umbrella modules shouldn't be present
ar UC anymore.

after the recent changes in the plugin manager I think this is issue is irrelevant.  Jirka?

I agree. It can be closed as wontfix. Pavel B. should go over content of Dev UC mark module hidden or kit module,
tracked as issue 110571.
