as the summary says, the uninstaller does not remove glassfish or tomcat, which it itself installed.

Actually there is a separate uninstaller for appserver and tomcat. It is located in the installation direcotries of the 
correponding servers.

Adding option for overall uninstallation was already suggested in Issue 102392.
