NB 6.0 nightly 200706180000 (same in 0614) & GF v2 b50c

A remote server registered (already started in remote host), has in Connection tab:
Enable HTTP monitor box not checked neither grayed
Use IDE Proxy Settings box checked but not grayed.

For a local server, both boxes are checked by default.

the Enable http proxy needs to be disabled...

it looks like the sync with proxy needs to be disabled and unchecked, too...  The sync only happens when the ide starts
the server... remote instances don't get started...

NB 6.0 20070623 & GF v2 b52 (sol/sparc) and GF v2 b50f (windows/xp).
Fix is ok checked on both solaris-sparc remote instance and windowx/xp remote.
Marking it as VERIFIED.
