1. Create Web App
2. Open New File wizard
3. Select Web Services category

The list with File Types has 'GenericRESTServices' not from pseudo localized bundle file.
The bundle contains correct label:

org-netbeans-modules-websvc-rest/ Templates/WebServices/GenericREST=Generic REST Web Services
org-netbeans-modules-websvc-rest/
:LBL_WizardTitle_GenericREST=Generic REST Web Services

But the wizard is showing GenericRESTServices.
All other file types have descriptive names. I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

This has been fixed a few days ago as part of the UI review issues.
Note that the name of the wizard is 'REST Web Services From Patterns' as in the near future the pattern list will grow
and 'generic' description is no longer true.
