The deadlock is seen during startup.  This happens rather frequent (2-3 times) for the last 12 hrs.
I am attaching the deadlock stack dump.  

If this is not enough, let me know, I will up load about 3 MB of my user dir and the opened projects.

My apology.  I must have mis-attached it to the next issue.  Will look for it.

I could not find the thread dump and there is no copy left on my machine (/tmp content got cleaned up out after reboot).
So I temporary put mark invalid until the deadlock hit again.
