Code Reformatting in the latest releases (13 and 14) doesn't work.  It used to 
work, but now reformatting doesn't seem to do anything.  No error, just no 
change in code formatting.

A fix to this bug is to go to Tools/Options/Editor/Java Editor and set the 
indentation engine to use the Java indentation engine.  The value "default" 
doesn't seem to be a Java indentation engine for the Java editor.

I don't know how this ever got set to "default".
