websvc/rest module currently contains around 85 unused keys in bundles and that can make translations difficult
therefore most of them should be removed.

See the output of "Check for Unused Bundle Keys" action on the project node for details about which key from which
bundle is not found in sources. Since the action itself is not 100% reliable (AFAIK) feel free to only evaluate the
output, fix what makes sense and close this issue.

There are still a bunch of unused keys in bundle files of packages action, component, palette.
