In a SOA Sql-Module project no sql- file- creation is offered when selecting 'new' in context menu on the project node.
By this it is impossible to define a sql - module.
This happens with M10, in M9 this option is available.

This issue is fixed in the latest m10 build.
Please try with the latest build.
