When deleting straight from the "Services" tab, the user is asked for a confirmation.

do you mean the Server Manager dialog?

The Servers dialog/manager is part of the j2eeserver module

The confirmation dialog shown by the services tab action prevents the server from accidental removal. In the server
manager, however, accidental removal in not very likely.

Closing as INVALID.
