There's no Profiler toolbar, that's the reason. I suppose that list of toolbars is generated dynamically in this menu, 
so the spec cannot be definitive anyway. Maybe the spec could be updated to reflect real state of toolbars in base IDE.

I removed "Profile" from the UI spec. It wasn't supposed to be ther.
