Profiler 1.2 070720

According to http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/build-web-test-plan.html Ramp Up time is the delta between
starting of the first and the last user, and if there are 5 users, and rump up time of 5 seconds, then the delay between
starting users would be 1 second (5 users / 5 seconds = 1 user per second).
