Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200707201200) 
Java: 1.6.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-b105 System: 
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

Steps to reproduce:
- Create new JMeter plan
- Open its properties
- Edit name, edit some other property
- Close properties
- RESULT: Two JMeter plans are shown in tree with both names: before rename and after. This is 30% reproducible.
