The tab support has been added.
once a widget is focused using tab, clicking the space bar triggers its select action.
need to fix the focus traversal policy.
i will also add hot keys for the add operation, remove operation and Advanced (wsit) buttons.

I have added tab support and correct traversal policy.
To test create a WS and then click on the Design label in the multiview.
Start tabbing.
All the buttons in the toolbar must be accessible
Also later focus must go to the designer, highlighting Add Operation button and so on.
To perform action use spacebar.
To perform editing of parameter names and operation name use enter button.
To use hotkeys use alt+shift+A add operation, alt+shift+R remove SELECTED opearation, alt+shift+v for Edit WebServices
action.
