Reproduced in build070722.

Steps reproduce:
- create XSLT project;
- invoke context menu on 'Transformation Files';
- create any schema sample.

Schema sample creates in project root instead src folder.

Can't reproduce with build 070731
It looks like some changes fixed this issue.
