To simplify the Help menu, we are removing the Tutorials link. (The Docs & Support link, which will give a snappier
name) will be the single entry point to nb.org and provide a clear overview of the available docs). See issue 111103

Please remove the links to the CDC Quick Start and the J2ME MIDP Development Quick Start guides from the Help menu. Thanks!
