Clicking the editable icon on an external module widget does nothing.

Clicking the editable icon on a WSDL port displays a properties dialog.

These should behave consistently. Either add the feature to the external module, or remove it from the WSDL port.

The editable icon on the external module widget brings up the associated properties dialog.
