Netbeans build 200707250000
UI Accessibility Tester v 2.4

Steps to reproduce:
1.  In the Composite Application project
2.  (Create a test case if one is not there already)
3.  Select the Test Case folder 
4.  Run the A11Y test tool on the Properties window

Components with no LABEL_FOR pointing to it :
   Class: org.openide.explorer.propertysheet.SheetTable {  Properties table |  Table of editable properties 
representing the current object } 
Components not reachable with tab traversal :
   Class: org.openide.explorer.propertysheet.SheetTable {  Properties table |  Table of editable properties 
representing the current object }

This is standard NB behavior.

using build 200709250000 for WinXP

I can tab to all properties and make mods.

Use Ctrl-Space as equivalent to clicking on the ellipses button
To close the popup windows from clicking ellipses buttons, using Ctrl-Enter
