070730. Using the keyboard invoke the Source Menu (Alt+S), go down to Insert Code and press Enter. The Generate popup
containing "Constructor", "Getter", "Setter" etc is shortly displayed, then it disapears and the Generate Constructor
dialog appears. No chance to select what I want to generate. It works fine when invoked by mouse or by Alt+Insert.

It still can be reproduced in NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201205090400) /7.2.

* Using the keyboard invoke the Source Menu (Alt+S), go down to Insert
Code and press Enter. --> Generate Constructor is invoked 
(I guess the 'enter'-keypress is transferred to the popup menu. "Generate constructor" is the first and default selected item in the popup, so it is invoked using 'enter')

__Workaround___
* Using the keyboard invoke the Source Menu (Alt+S), go down to Insert
Code and press 'space'. --> popup menu with all choices is displayed

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
