-the Task PE is modal when user press "Go to Source" button then he wants to modify the source code therefore it has no
sense keep the modal dialog opened

1. I have no access to PE custom dialog.
2. There is an uncertainty what to do with virtually created/deleted tasks in this dialog. Because all changed should be
committed in to model only after OK button pressed.
