Java: 1.7.0-ea; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.7.0-ea-b15 
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to main menu Tools | Plugins
2.Switch to New Plugins tab
3.Select "identity1" in the list of plugins
->The description for the identity1 plugin is missing and the user cannot find out what kind of features does the plugin
provide. See attached screenshot...

Verified. The plugin in version 1.0 from 8/21/2007 contains reasonable description.
