After adding the goldspike plugin, I select "Refresh Target List". This command works successfully for the first
invocation but always gives the  attached error message during subsequent invocations.

I have to manually close the IDE, rename/remove private/rake-t.txt, restart IDE and then this command works for the
first invocation.

Arun confirmed that it's fixed now
