Build 200708080000,JDK1.6.0_02,Vista

When I have web service client in web application,use UserNameToken profile and change Username and Password in 
AM Security tab,these changes are reflected into amconfig.xml file. However in opposite direction this doesn't
work,because by changing these values in amconfig.xml I don't change values in AM Security tab.
