Steps to reproduce:
- Open Anagram Game Application
- Go to Projects view and open AnagramGame | Source Packages | com.toy.anagrams.lib | WordLibrary.java file.
- Call menu action Profile | Profile Other | Profile Test for "WordLibrary.java", in Select Profiling Task go to Analyze
Memory Usage and select Record both object creation and garbage collection, enable Record Stack Trace for Allocations.
Confirm the dialog by Run button.
- RESULT: "Can not start profiler" dialog is shown.
- Confirm the dialog and repeat the steps. Now SPT dialog is shown. Perform profiling and repeat the steps one more
time. "Can not start profiler" dialog is shown again.

this works just fine in 20070920000
