[release32 apr 9] Customizing browsers (e.g. selecting one as the
default) seems to store files such as "External Browser (Unix).ser" in
system/Services/. No system file should have such a name. It should be
e.g. ext-unix-browser.ser, and the en/ja display names should be
computed some other way.
