1. Click "File > New Project". 
2. Choose "Enterprise > Enterprise Application" and click Next.
3. Enter "Test" for project name, leave the rest by default and click Finish.
4. Rightclick "Test-ejb" and select "New > Web Service".
5. Enter "MyTest" for web service name and "my" for package and click Finish.

Result: Warning dialog appears: "; might be because your user directory is on a Windows UNC path (issue #46813)? If so,
try using mapped drive letters.".
This warning isn't informative.
