build 0828

1. Open Design Center.
2. Invoke 'new|project' on 'DesignpatternCatalog' node.
3. Enter path and project name.
4. press ok.
5. Ener name for diagram.
6. press ok.
7. Invokde 'Remove|Remove Project from Workspace'.
The project is not remove from tree view

Can't remove the project which is not empty neither.
