Repro steps:
- create a sequence diagram
- add and name 2 lifelines on the diagram
- select the 2 lifelines by using the mouse to click and hold left mouse button on the left side of the left lifeline
and move the mouse pointer to include the right lifeline
- move the lifelines by holding down the left mouse button on the right lifeline and move to the left side of the
diagram window until the right lifeline is almost out of view and release the mouse button to place
- notice that the 2 lifelines are now separated with one on the left side of the diagram window while the other is on
the right side of the window totally out of view

Removing obsolete assignments.  Bugs will be reassigned for M2.
